Learn how to brew teas and powders for the best outcome. Because knowledge is power.

Herbal Brews

First, measure out the dose found on your brews packaging. Each dose is meant for 8oz of water. Put your dose in a tea ball or similar infuser. Pour boiling water over the herb and allow to sit COVERED for the amount of time directed on the bag. After the time has passed, let the water that has accumulated on the lid drip back into the cup, remove herbs, sweeten if desired, and enjoy.

Note: Simmer harder herbs such as roots and barks instead of steeping. Follow time found on packaging for simmer time. Keep covered.
