Set this to brew before you go to bed or while you’re making breakfast, pour some milk in your cup if you’d like - this has a bold flavor that lends itself to the addition - and enjoy this malty beverage.

Dose: 1 pouch (makes 1 quart/0.95 liters)

Brew time: 3 to 5 minutes

• Allow the brew to cool before adding ice. Or, steep the pouch overnight in cold water.
